Important Update from the Turkish Medical Tennis Society & World Medical Tennis Society

Dear Presidents, Delegates and Participants,

Since the official launch of registrations for the World Medical Tennis Championships & Congress 2026 in Antalya, we have received valuable feedback from some national delegations, participants and members of the international medical tennis community.

The original concept of WMTS 2026 was designed as an exceptionally premium event, featuring a number of exclusive hospitality and entertainment elements intended to create a unique luxury experience for all participants.

However, after carefully evaluating the feedback received from some countries, the Turkish Medical Tennis Society and the World Medical Tennis Society Board have jointly decided to optimize certain non-essential luxury components of the event in order to make participation more accessible and attractive to a larger number of doctors and accompanying guests worldwide.

We have updated as mentioned:

• WMTS Luxury Services cancelled and reduced the price
• Refundable hotel reservations till 10th Sep 2026 (4 weeks before the event)

"As you know very well, as Organisers we make a lot of investments and additionally we paid and booked more than 50 rooms for you from each 4 different hotels.

We will be VERY GLAD IF YOU BOOK YOUR ROOMS AND HOTELS by us, and we make everything for all participants."

As a result, the participation fee has been reduced from €770 to €630 per person.

This adjustment has been achieved through the removal or simplification of several premium hospitality elements, including:

• Personalized 100% genuine leather travel bags
• Premium thermos gifts
• Large-scale show and performance productions, dance shows
• Major Music Band orchestra performances
• Extensive themed party decorations and concert-style event setups

Instead, participants will continue to receive carefully selected surprise gifts and enjoy a high-quality social and hospitality program throughout the week.

We would like to emphasize that this adjustment does not change the core spirit, quality or international prestige of the event.
