Warm greetings from sunny Antalya, Türkiye (24°C on 18th February 2026). We are pleased to share the official Date and Hotel Announcement for the WMTS Antalya, Türkiye Event, which will be held 10–17 October 2026 in Antalya.

After a wonderful 2025 event in Poland, we had been fully prepared with confirmed hotel, tennis courts, and dates. However, the originally selected hotel unexpectedly decided to replace its tennis courts with an aquapark. As a result, we had to develop an alternative plan involving three different hotels and two separate tennis clubs, with approximately 15–20 minutes of shuttle transfer between locations. This process required several months of planning.

One of the strongest requests from WMTS participants for the Antalya event was clear:
to hold the entire event in one hotel with on-site tennis courts and no shuttle transfers.

After extensive meetings with hotel ownership and management, we are delighted to confirm that we have reached an agreement to host the WMTS Türkiye Event in ONE main hotel, which features 25 clay tennis courts located directly within the hotel garden.

All WMTS events and activities will take place within the hotel grounds.

The hotel owner and management have requested that their property (hotel + tennis club) serve as the ONLY and MAIN hotel for the WMTS Türkiye Event, since all 25 courts and event venues are located on site. Accordingly, they also require that all hotel reservations be made EXCLUSIVELY through the Turkish Medical Tennis Society (TMTS).

Important Information for Non-Resident Participants

Participants who:

• stay at other hotels, or
• book the main hotel through another travel agency instead of TMTS

and still wish to use WMTS event facilities, tennis courts, and ultra all-inclusive services inside the hotel grounds, will be charged a daily usage fee directly by the hotel.

Summary:
Participants who do not stay in the main hotel through TMTS are allowed to use only the tennis courts. If guests/players use other hotel facilities or eat & drink, they must pay a daily fee:

• 50 EUR per person per day (until 18:00)
• + 50 EUR per person per day (if staying after 18:00 until 00:00)

In Antalya, most hotels operate on an All Inclusive system. This means that guests who enter the hotel can freely use restaurants, bars, sports facilities, shows, and parties without limits. Therefore, non-resident guests must pay a daily usage fee.

Turkish Medical Tennis Society (TMTS) Decision & Accommodation Plan

Under these conditions, TMTS has determined that the most practical and economical solution is to organize the event entirely at the main hotel, with all reservations made through TMTS.

• 25 tennis courts within walking distance (hotel garden by the beach)
• All gala events inside the hotel
• No buses, no shuttles, no transfers
